A reply from an engineer, not an autoresponder. Usually with a question or two to understand the decision behind the request. Messages are welcome seven days a week; our time zone is IST.
A scoping conversation
We review your process, objectives and available data, then agree how the study will support your decision.
A written scope
What is in, what is out, what we need from you, what comes back and what it costs. The assumptions are visible before work starts.
Running or editing a delivered simulation model may require the appropriate software license. We agree access in the scope.
Work begins
The first checkpoint is agreed before work begins, so you can check the direction early rather than discover it at handover.
