Information on this site
Everything on leansimcorp.com, on our blog and on our YouTube channel is general information about industrial engineering and simulation: how problems of a given kind tend to behave, and how we go about them. It is written with care and corrected when we find it wrong. It is not advice about your plant.
Your plant has a constraint, a data history and a set of assumptions of its own, and a decision about it should rest on those — established in a scoped piece of work, not read off a web page. We accept no liability for actions taken on the basis of general content published here.
The figures
The outcome figures on this site — space found, cost identified, productivity, utilization, fleet savings — are the upper end of what past studies have returned. They describe those plants, not yours. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or an average.
What a study of your process would return depends on where its constraint actually sits, on the quality of the data that goes in, and on what is then implemented. Each figure is footnoted to that effect where it appears.
Simulation and analysis
A model is a structured argument built from inputs and assumptions, and it is as sound as they are. In every engagement we write the assumptions down, validate the model against measured data where that data exists, and say clearly what the model can and cannot settle.
The decision, and its consequences, remain with you. We provide evidence for it; we do not warrant that a particular outcome will follow from acting on it. Our work is not a substitute for statutory, safety, structural or regulatory certification, which must come from those qualified and authorized to give it.
Training and the FlexSim trial
Our courses and tutorials teach FlexSim using its trial version wherever that is sufficient for instruction. The trial is for learning and demonstration. It is not a commercial license, and completing our training does not grant you one — anyone using FlexSim for commercial work must hold the appropriate license from its owner.
What you pay us for is the teaching: the structure, the worked examples and the assessments. The software is not ours to sell, and we do not sell it.

FlexSim is a trademark of FlexSim Software Products, Inc., an Autodesk company. NVIDIA, Python, Microsoft Excel, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named on this site to describe what we work with.
LeanSimCorp is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for any of the companies named here, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement by them.

Confidential work and case studies
Nothing on this site is a client’s. Work is described by sector and scale only. Where we publish a case study, the plant, the company and any number that could identify either are altered or removed, and any resemblance to a specific company is unintended.
If you believe something here identifies you or your employer, write to projects@leansimcorp.com and we will take it down while we look.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LeanSimCorp is not liable for loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise — arising from the use of this site, our blog, our videos, or the general information in them. Liability for work done under a written scope is set by that scope. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
This site is operated from India and this disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. If you use the site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for any local law that applies to you.
